Fairtrade's climate change strategy aims to support producers to adapt to climate change and reduce their carbon emissions, while ensuring technical and financial support without adding extra burden to producers.
The Fairtrade Climate Standard aims to drive more income from the carbon market to rural communities who tend otherwise to be excluded from these mechanisms.
